Ultimate PEZ Dispenser

So the main problem people have with PEZ dispensers is that they run out and they can be overfilled. I am working on a PEZ cartridge that has all sorts of circuits built in that will give an output when the PEZ is running low, an output when it is empty, and will reject a cart when full (to be used in an overflow scenario).
